Yes, we require 50% down to book the venue. This is non refundable but moveable. We will rebook a date for you in the case of an unforseen emergency, illness, death of a loved one or illness.
That really depends on your event. I have planned and executed a full gala wedding package with three months notice , or a small intimate package in just a week. It all depends on our availability and your expectations for your event.

Yes. We do hold insure ourselves for the basic event and property but we require you to have additional event insurance. We will walk you through how to aquire insurance for your event.
Yes. As we discuss your event and write up an event contract we will go over the rules for the venue. Such rules will include particulars with quiet time, inclusions, restrictions, responsibilities of both parties
Yes, you need to provide your own liquor license if you are serving alcohol. If serving alcohol there are also restrictions on where it can and cannot be consumed and a liability clause will be added to the contract for people’s leaving the venue under the influence.
There is no cannabis or drugs of any kind permitted on the property. A designated smoking section will be available for smoking and vaping. As this is an acreage with much beautiful natural foliage and underbrush it is of extreme important that this guideline is respected by all guests.
Yes, we are open to hosting your events year round. Keep in mind the winter months will be filled with bonfires, propane heaters and wintertime fun! We can deal with spring rain, or on the hottest of summer days our three addition tents make for great shade areas to gather and have a cool drink under.
